Stephen is such a welcoming person to his awesome clinic, which BTW always smells so good and feels so zen! Stephen listens, thinks and explains before doing anything, and asks your permission before treatment is applied, injecting a light and dry sense of humour bundled with oodles of compassion. Personally I look forward to seeing Stephen as I know the outcome will always be a positive one, with the added bonus of a good old chat, I come out so chilled and recharged, I can't wait to go back. Oh and did I mention that he actually heals, the most important part right! In one of my more recent visits, I had a pulled calf muscle, that was so painful it made walking so difficult. After one treatment, I was walking again the next day as if it was never a problem! Stephen is the man, don't look elsewhere!

I went to Stephen last year after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder, having lifted something too heavy. In just 3 or 4 sessions, spread over 2 or 3 months, I got full mobility back and pain all but vanished - I don't yet sleep on that side but up to me to make one last appointment. Furthermore, the sessions were pleasant and soothing, Stephen was always kind, considerate and generous. Much appreciated.

Stephen is such a compassionate and caring practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. He helped me de stress and clear some severe burning uti like pain across my whole pelvis I was feeling that was debilitating with a 3 day herb course. I ended up having more things going on with my gut microbiome than he could assist with and he was honest in his limitations and guidance for my next steps. So grateful for him and would recommend to anyone!

Had really bad rhinitis (runny nose) without allergy that was persistent at random times throughout the year. Seemed to be getting worse as I got older and Stephen was able to reduce symptoms by 70% - 80% on the first treatment. On the second treatment I feel it's practically 100% symptom free which i've never experience in the last decade. Stephen listens to you and aims to treat you entirely in 1 session unlike other TCM practitioners that may suggest needing multiple sessions. None of prior treatments from western doctors helped, allergy pills, countless sprays over the counter and doctor prescribed.. nothing worked and I was considering surgery for rhinitis which is a temporary fix that last 2 - 3 years and cost $10k+ I'm glad I discovered Stephen to get a treatment that works. Highly recommend anyone to see Stephen for any health related issue, i've now retired my western doctor and will see Stephen first for any health issues.
